Please read carefully before booking. At Exquisite Touch Aesthetics, we value both your time and ours. To maintain the integrity of our schedule and ensure every client receives the best experience, we ask that you review our updated policies: • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this will incur a $10 late fee. • Same-day reschedules will result in a $15 fee. • Same-day cancellations will result in a $20 fee. • No-shows will be charged the remaining balance. • After two no-shows, you will be unable to book future appointments. All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Prior to your appointment, please complete the required consultation form (found in your confirmation email). Failure to submit it will result in cancellation. If you have any questions, please call/text (470) 808-5604. —————————————————————————— Wax Appointment DO’s • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing • Opt for cotton panties,they’re breathable and gentle • Exfoliate the area 24–48 hours prior to your service • Take ibuprofen 30 minutes before if you’re concerned about sensitivity • Avoid booking 1 week before your menstrual cycle, your skin is more sensitive ⸻ Wax Appointment DON’Ts • Don’t apply lotions, oils, or creams on the area before your appointment • Don’t wear heavy deodorant if receiving an underarm wax • Don’t exfoliate after your wax for at least 24–48 hours • Don’t tan the area 24–48 hours before or after • Don’t shave between appointments, this interrupts hair growth cycles • Don’t consume alcohol or excessive caffeine before your appointment • Don’t withhold important information from your esthetician —————————————————————————— Post-Waxing Care To maintain results and protect your skin, follow these aftercare tips carefully: • Avoid touching freshly waxed skin. • Do not exfoliate for at least 48 hours post-wax. • Avoid sexual activity for 24–48 hours (especially after intimate waxing). • Wait 48 hours before swimming in pools, hot tubs, or visiting the beach. • Post-wax, avoid perfumed products, they can irritate sensitive skin. • Wait 24 hours before going to the gym. Friction and sweat can lead to irritation or breakouts. • Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms. Opt for cool or lukewarm showers. • Exfoliate gently 2–3 times a week in a circular motion until your next appointment. ✨ Please note: Consistent post-waxing care is required to continue booking with Exquisite Touch Aesthetics. Proper maintenance is essential for achieving smooth, healthy, glowing skin. ⸻ Guest Policy • Exquisite Touch Aesthetics services clients 16 years and older only. • Clients aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at their first appointment. • For the comfort of all clients, no additional guests or children are allowed in the treatment room unless receiving a service.
